sesamestreet:

Sesame Street presents its Talk, Listen Connect initiative, which provides materials to help Military Families during times of transition. Sesame created these bilingual resources (English/Spanish) to help children and families when a parent is deployed and when a parent returns with injuries. Program materials also help children experiencing the grieving process. The reel describes examples of this unique initiative, including a safe website called Sesame Street Family Connections and a partnership with the USO to bring Muppet performances to military children around the world. Talk, Listen, Connect offers that opportunity to begin conversations, to communicate, to keep in touch and build on the strength of military children and their families.
